تأسست شركة الألومنيوم العربية في 15 أبريل 1976 كمشروع خاص برؤية إحداث ثورة في صناعة الألومنيوم المصرية. وفي 15 سبتمبر 1982 أُدرجت في البورصة المصرية (EGX) لتؤكد التزامها بالشفافية والحوكمة المؤسسية.Arab Aluminum Company was founded on April 15, 1976, as a private enterprise with a vision to revolutionize Egypt's aluminum industry. On September 15, 1982, it was listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), affirming its commitment to transparency and corporate governance.

تمتلك الشركة مقراً رئيسياً في مصر الجديدة - القاهرة، ومنشأتين صناعيتين في مدينة بدر والإسماعيلية، بطاقة إنتاجية تبلغ 15,000 طن متري سنوياً باستخدام مكابس بثق Hansclever SMS المتطورة.The company operates its headquarters in Heliopolis, Cairo, with two industrial facilities in Badr City and Ismailia, achieving an annual production capacity of 15,000 metric tons using advanced Hansclever SMS extrusion presses.
